Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Changes

Bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge with 48 hours’ notice.

During peak holiday periods (23 December – 6 January and Easter), we require 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made after the required notice period, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

If you are unable to participate due to a medical condition, please contact us. With a doctor’s certificate, we will do our best to reschedule your activity or offer a refund where appropriate.

Weather & Safety

Reef diving and snorkelling activities are weather and sea-condition dependent. If we are unable to operate your trip safely, we will always try to reschedule or offer a suitable alternative.

Cenote diving is generally not affected by weather conditions and will operate as scheduled unless safety or operational circumstances require otherwise.

For safety reasons, Flying Fish Tulum reserves the right to make changes to schedules, dive sites, or activities when necessary.

Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during an activity will not be permitted to participate, and no refund will be given.

Before Your Dive

Certified divers must provide proof of certification before diving. Unfortunately, without certification, we are unable to allow participation in certified diving activities.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in scuba diving activities. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, we may ask for medical clearance from a doctor.

Full payment is required before the start of any tour or course.
